Turning Point Publications, LLC recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us.

The information that we collect from you aids us in providing quality customer service to you.

By continuing to use this site, you are agreeing with the terms of this Privacy Policy, if you do not agree, please discontinue using this site.

This site may contain links to other websites or pages. If you link to another website, this policy will not apply to your use and activities on those other websites. Please read the Privacy Policies posted on those websites. We shall have no responsibility or liability for your visitation to those websites.

Any information provided by a website visitor is held strictly confidential by Turning Point Publications, LLC, it's authorized agents, strategic partners, and financial service providers, and will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise made available to any other organization or business.

This section of our privacy policy applies to all information collected by or submitted to Turning Point Publications, LLC.
 

Children Access

If children want to view our site, we suggest they view it with a parent. If we learn that a child has provided personal information to the site, we will promptly remove such information. Ordering services and/or products are strictly limited to adults.

Privacy of On-line Personal Information

No personal information obtained on-line is released outside of the family of Turning Point Publications, LLC or its authorized agents, except with the customer's permission, as required by law, for safety reasons, or to survey customer satisfaction, under nondisclosure protection. We use the information provided when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share that information with outside parties except as necessary to fulfill the on-line order (e.g., providing the "ship to" address to our shipper.) We may also use that information to offer other products or services of interest. We do not sell, rent, lease, or make available, customer information to any outside party.

Use of Customer Information

Information collected on-line, including those who place an order on-line, may be used by Turning Point Publications, LLC or by an authorized agent to inform the user about services and products of potential interest. Customers might be contacted by telephone, direct mail or e-mail to keep them up-to-date on new products and services offered by Turning Point Publications, LLC or an authorized agent.

Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure only appropriate use of information, appropriate physical, electronic and managerial safeguards have been established to secure the information collected on-line.  CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NEVER STORED ON ANY COMPUTER IN OUR FACILITY.
 

 

Discounts & Promotions

To qualify for a promotion you must place your order during the promotional period and include the coupon number at the time you place your order. The discount offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Qualifying purchases exclude custom quoted orders, orders already in production, postage, shipping and sales tax.

Sales Tax
All North Carolina orders are subject to sales tax based on your county's tax rate. If your company is tax exempt or if you are retailer with a sales certificate, your exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to our Billing Department at 919-778-5208 prior to placing your first job so we can set up a tax exempt account for you.

If you are a tax exempt agency or a retailer, you must be sure to either call us to process your order OR be sure to enter (at the time you place your order) the access user code that we will provide you or you will be charged Sales Tax. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review order prior to processing.  Any order that displays tax being charged during check-out will not be refunded or credited back. If you have any questions please contact our Billing Department prior to completing an order.

Accuracy of Specifications
Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Turning Point Publications, LLC can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with Turning Point Publications, LLC are to the client's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written on accompanying said order.

Cancellations
A request to cancel should be done by emailing or faxing us or by calling us (you will still need to put cancellation in writing) to prevent the job from moving forward in the production process. Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to our company procedures, you may only cancel an order without incurring additional fees prior to any production or formatting for typesetting and duplication jobs. For other jobs, cancellation must occur prior to the approval of the artwork or signing a contract (whichever is applicable - signed contracts must abide by contract guidelines). All requests for cancellations after a PDF proof, Hard Copy proof, or the approval of the artwork are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 15%. No refunds will be given for orders cancelled after the final proof approval or binding proof.  For DVD/CD duplication services no refund is allowed after production has begun, or if products were ordered for a special order. 

Return / Refund Policy
All sales are final. Since each print, editing, page layout, duplication, etc job is custom created for its owner, it cannot be reused or resold to other clients. No refunds are available on orders unless no production has begun or no files have been prepared for printing and no proof has been sent. RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 5 calendar days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 5 days of receiving your order. If no such claim is made, Turning Point Publications, LLC and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Turning Point Publications', LLC performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

No refunds are offered on books, plays, CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes purchased; however, exchanges for the exact same item(s) are permitted on all the above.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless lost by shipper. When approved for return, returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund or exchange. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. Note: Turning Point Publications, LLC reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Shipping Information
Turning Point Publications, LLC assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. We will add insurance to each outgoing shipment to cover the replacement cost in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipper. We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination as it is very difficult to process shipping changes once an order has been placed.

Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, Turning Point Publications, LLC, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s), text, audio, video, etc being reproduced on your order.

Changes
Turning Point Publications, LLC may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise. See top of page for last revision date.
